Where we ship

Lumaply ships to all 50 United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days. Our fixtures are manufactured and dispatched by our supply partners in Asia. Delivery to the United States typically takes 8 to 30 business days from dispatch, so most customers receive their order within 9 to 37 business days of placing it.

If you need lighting for a specific date, please allow up to eight weeks depending on the item.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to begin showing movement after dispatch. This is normal and does not indicate a lost parcel.

Split deliveries

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no additional cost. Each parcel is tracked separately.

Delayed or lost orders

If your order has not arrived within 50 business days of dispatch, contact lumaply@proton.me and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Damage in transit

Send a photograph within 14 days of delivery and we will dispatch a replacement. We do not require you to return a damaged fixture at your own expense.
