For questions about orders, products, shipping, returns or refunds, email lumaply@proton.me. Please include your order number when contacting us about an existing purchase.

We normally respond within two business days, Monday to Friday. Response times are estimates rather than guarantees. During unusually busy periods, or where we need information from a delivery provider, payment provider or other third party, a complete response may take longer. We will try to keep you informed where this happens.

About the business

Lumaply is a small independent online retailer of cordless and plug-in lighting, selling to customers in the United States. We operate online only and have no retail stores or showroom.

We do not manufacture the fixtures we sell. We select them from established manufacturers already producing at scale, and those partners dispatch your order directly. This is why delivery takes weeks rather than days, and we state the full estimate on every product page and on our Shipping and Delivery page before you buy.

Email is our only support channel. Every message is read and answered by the people who run the store.
