Lumaply is a small independent online store selling cordless and plug-in lighting to customers in the United States. There is no call center and no outsourced help desk; the people who read your email are the people who run the shop.

Have your order number to hand and we can look anything up immediately. Tracking, delivery estimates, returns, replacements.
Before you write
Orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days, and delivery to the United States typically takes 8 to 30 business days from dispatch. Shipping is free on every order. Made-to-order pieces state longer times on their product page.
If your fixture arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, attach a photograph to your first email and we can resolve it in one exchange.
