Where we ship

Lumaply currently ships to all 50 United States. We do not yet ship internationally.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see is the price you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days. Our fixtures are manufactured and dispatched by our supply partners in Asia, and delivery to the United States typically takes 8 to 30 business days from dispatch. Most customers receive their order within 9 to 37 business days of placing it. Made-to-order pieces take longer, and say so on their product page.

We state this plainly because we would rather set the expectation than break it. If you need lighting for a specific date, please allow up to seven weeks.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. Tracking updates can take 3 to 5 days to begin showing movement after dispatch. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Multiple items

Orders containing several products may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel is tracked separately.

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't arrived within 50 business days of dispatch, contact us at lumaply@proton.me and we will either replace it or refund you in full. You don't need to chase the carrier, that is our job.

Damaged in transit

Send us a photograph within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately. We won't ask you to return a broken fixture at your own expense.
